NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 4, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-004795-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and WILLIAM G. LAW, SR., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of May, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot B: The West 1/2 of the following described parcel: The North 1/4 of the South 1/2 of the East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, less the East 15 feet thereof; less the South 150.00 feet.
Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East 73.00 feet of the South 35.00 feet and the North 38.00 feet of the South 73.00 feet of the East 35.00 feet of the following described property:
The West 1/2 of the following described parcel: The North 1/4 of the South 1/2 of the East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, less the East 15 feet thereof; less the South 150.00 feet.
Together with an easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 35.00 feet of the East 1/2 of the following described parcel:
The North 1/4 of the S1outh 1/2 of the East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, less the East 15.00 feet thereof; Less the South 150.00 feet.
Together with a 2008 Homes of Merit Model LC0023, VIN FL26100PHB300439A and FL26100PHB300439B, HUD Label #`s FLA 802293 and FLA 802292 which is affixed and attached to the Land and is part of real property, which, by intention of the parties and upon retirement of the Certificate of Title as provided in Statute 319.261 Fla. Stat., shall constitute a part of the Realty and shall pass with it.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
