NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 5, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-000088-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2007-HE2 TRUST is Plaintiff and BALEWA MUHAMMAD, BEVERLY MUHAMMAD, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of April, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain land situate in Pasco County, State of Florida, viz: Lot 20, Block D, NORTHWOOD UNIT 2B, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 58 and 59, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
