NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 6, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-001146-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and DAVID MILLER A/K/A DAVID N. MILLER, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of June, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 76, DRIFTWOOD VILLAGE AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 99 THRU 101 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
