NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 5th day of February, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Paula S. O`Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 3025.0 feet for a Point-of-Beginning, thence (continue) North 89 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 175.0 feet, thence North 00 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds East, a distance of 250.0 feet, thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 175.0 feet, thence South 00 degrees 23 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 250.0 feet to the Point-of-Beginning.
