NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 001290 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and TAM H. ROSE; LUCAS ANTHONY ROSE A/K/A LUCAS A. ROSE; CMP CAPITAL INVESTMENTS, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF 9432 BLACKTHORN LOOP LAND O LAKES LAND TRUST; SUNTRUST BANK; TIERRA DEL SOL HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 NKA WINNY DOE, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of July, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, TIERRA DEL SOL, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 70 THROUGH 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
