NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2018-CA-002755-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-2 Asset Backed Notes, is the Plaintiff and Rose Jimenez, The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
