Sayers a/k/a Matthew Sayers, Grand Oaks Master Association, Inc. , Melissa Sayers a/k/a Melissa Marie Davidson, Matthew D Sayers, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 7 OF GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE (S) 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
