NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-001569 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, is Plaintiff, and KEVIN TORPEY A/K/A KEVIN M. TORPEY; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8TH day of July 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
