NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2018, and entered in 2017CA001011CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER CLARK A/K/A CHRISTOPHER L. CLARK; VALENCIA GARDENS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; PDK UNLIMITED INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 22554 CLIFFSIDE WAY LAND TRUST ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS OF PASCO COUNTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
