NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2019, and entered in 2018CA002434CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and EDMUND SAMPSON, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 15, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12 OF PINE ACRE SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 156, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL.
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 THENCE S 89° 44' 40” W ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 FOR A DISTANCE OF 105.00' TO A POINT; THENCE N 16° 38' 48” E FOR A DISTANCE OF 166.58' TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE S 89° 43' 05” E ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 FOR A DISTANCE OF 57.75' TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
