UNIT NO. 606, BUILDING A, PEPPERTREE BAY CONDOMINIUM, UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1056, PAGES 1736 TO 1810, BOTH INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 18, 18A, 18B AND 18C, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 4-15-2019 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
