IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2018 CA 004064 SC on February 22, 2019 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 216, Capri Village East, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1037, Page 948 and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof in Condominium Book 7, Page 28, 28A through 28I, inclusive as amended in Condominium Book 9, Pages 11 and 11A through 11D, inclusive and Condominium Book 10, Pages 22, 22A through 22D, inclusive of the Public Records of Sarasota, County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on April 2, 2019. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
