NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-004180, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ANTONIA PADRON; LEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 5 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, UNIT 20, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 86 THROUGH 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
