NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 6, 2019 in Case No. 17-CA-001435 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein REVERE BANK is plaintiff and GAVER TECHNOLOGIES, INC., et al. are Defendants,
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on April 4, 2019 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1404 LA SCALA AT THE COLONY, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3971, Page 2430, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later that 60 days after the sale, If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
