NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-005827 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association (“Fannie mae”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the united states of america, Plaintiff, and DALE S. LANDER; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 4 day of April, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A PORTION OF PARCEL DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 787, PAGE 712, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 35, RUN N 89 DEGREES 03' 21” E., ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 35, FOR 331.05 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N. 89 DEGREES 03'21” E. FOR 331.06 FEET; THENCE S 0 DEGREES 46'15”E., FOR 660.27 FEET; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 06' 30” WEST FOR 331.94 FEET THENCE N. 0 DEGREES 41' 41” WEST FOR 659.97 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO THE ROAD EASEMENT OVER THE NORTH 30.00 FEET THEREOF.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
