Commencing at a concrete monument, the South 1/4 corner of Section 13-46-27, Lee County, Florida, the Point of Beginning, thence North 00°21'20” West on the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, 337.14 feet to a steel stake, thence South 89°00'10” West 1204.15 feet to a steel stake on the centerline of a 60 foot easement, thence South 00°13'15” West 337.14 feet to a steel stake on the South line of Section 13, thence North 89° 00' 10” East on the South line of Section 13, 1207.55 feet to a concrete monument, the South 1/4 corner of Section 13, the Point of Beginning.
