COOPER is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF STEADY DURRANT A/K/A STEADY SAMUEL DURRANT A/K/A STEADY S. DURRANT STEVEN DUNCAN, ESQ.
