AT www.lee. realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 8, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 1,312.59 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONTAINING 10.00 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
AND
AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 20.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT:
