NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-003402 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein QUICKEN LOANS INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROMEO V MAGGI, DECEASED ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; TOWN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 4, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
