Dibble; Unknown Spouse of Richard J. Dibble; Donna M. Almorabl a/k/a Donna M. Almorabi; Unknown Spouse of Donna M. Almorabl a/k/a Donna M. Almorabi; Aqua Finance, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the April 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 60 AND 61. BLOCK 3594. CAPE CORAL UNIT 46, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17. PAGES 118 THROUGH 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY. FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
