Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-007521, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE7 is the Plaintiff, and ZACHARY ROSARIO LIMIA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BETH SHOEMAKER; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A WHITNEY HASKINS; HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL
DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
