NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-000782 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH PARAMORE A/K/A ELIZABETH LOCKLEAR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 'B' of PINEY WOODS ADDITION TO TAMPA according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
