NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-CA-002425 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P.,, Plaintiff, and PETER CURRY; HARRINGTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF TAMPA, INC., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of April, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
UNIT NO. 8, HARRINGTON PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OR
BOOK 5574, PAGE 121, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
