NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-009051 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, F/K/A Macdill Federal Credit Union, is the Plaintiff and Chase Bank USA, N.A. n/k/a JP Morgan Chase Bank, Cora T. Ford a/k/a Cora H. Ford, Hudson & Keyse, LLC, As Assignee of Household Finance, A Foreign Limited Liability Company, Richard D. Ford, United States of America - Internal Revenue Service, Villa Sonoma at International Plaza Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
