NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-005291-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Delaware Trustee and U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, is the Plaintiff and Robin Durden a/k/a Robin M. Durden, Tommy Durden a/k/a Tommy G. Durden Jr., Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 17th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK C, CONWAY HILLS UNIT NUMBER THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
