NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016 and Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated March 8, 2019, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002624-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC., is the Plaintiff, and CINDY RAE DAY F/K/A CINDY RAE GIFFORD F/K/A CINDY RAE HUNSINGER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CINDY RAE DAY F/K/A CINDY RAE GIFFORD F/K/A CINDY RAE HUNSINGER, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHIRLEY A. GIFFORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY A. GIFFORD, WINDSONG HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on APRIL 23, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Consent Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
