NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-008943-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF2, is the Plaintiff and Iyanna A. Wickham a/k/a Iyanna Wickham, Orange County, Florida, Magnolia Bay Townhomes Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 24th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 68, IN BUILDING 10, OF MAGNOLIA BAY AT MAITLAND, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 73 THROUGH 76, INCLUSIVE,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
