NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18000957CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAIME A. RAMIREZ; YAMILETH RAMIREZ; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court for CHARLOTTE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29TH day of APRIL, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 323, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THRU 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
