NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3/13/19, entered in Case No. 18000254CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Zelora Stewart, Deceased; Junor Androva Johnson a/k/a Junor A. Johnson; Latoya Stewart; Shirley A. Stewart; Robert Lolon Stewart; Genese Stewart; Pauline Priscilla Green f/k/a Pauline Priscilla Stewart f/k/a Pauline P. Stewart; Dian Elaine Stewart; Courtney Lee Stewart a/k/a Courtney L. Stewart; Feanny Anthony Stewart; Devon Stewart are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5/1/2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 403, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THROUGH 14E OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
