NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41-2017-CA-005397 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9, is the Plaintiff and Gary L. Wagner a/k/a Gary Wagner, Tamara J. Wagner a/k/a Tamara Wagner, United States of America, Department of Treasury, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of April, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK 5, OF 2ND SECTION CASA-DEL-SOL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
