NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2013CA004261 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, VAN C. VOLLMER JR.; et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the April 3rd , 2019, the following described property:
THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 10 AND ALL OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK D, PENNSYLVANIA PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
