UNIT 202, THE GREENS AT PINEBROOK CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1189 PAGES 759 THROUGH 837 AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 21 THROUGH 25 AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
