NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of March, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003683, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL S. WOOD; PALM COVE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 16th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 28, PHASE 2, PALM COVE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1089, PAGE 384 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGE 159, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
