NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002723 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Jay Edgar Moore a/k/a Jay E. Moore, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael John Moore, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 15, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK K, WEST VIEW RIDGE RESORTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 14, 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1984, MAKE: ROSEN NOVAK, VIN#: 21G10260D.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
