NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 1, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA004574000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB5, Plaintiff and JOHN TIMOTHY KERN are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on April 15, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
