NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein SC PARK LANE II, LLC, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM HALEY A/K/A WILLIAM D. HALEY and AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 11 day of April, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4, GULF SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
