NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-002349-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA2 is Plaintiff and GUADALUPE D'AGOSTINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUADALUPE D'AGOSTINO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SERAFINA AT TIBURON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIBURON ESTATES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, SERAFINA AT TIBURON, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
