NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclose dated March 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CC-1753 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein BUCKS RUN RESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and GREGORY J. FEDELE and GAYLE E. FEDELE are the Defendants, Crystal K . Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of April, 2019, on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Government Center, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, the following described real property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31 and a portion of Lot 30 and Lot 32, BUCKS RUN RESERVE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 34 through 37, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and being further described as follows: Lot 31, BUCKS RUN RESERVE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 34 through 37, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with the Westerly 1.50 feet of Lot 30, and the Easterly 1.50 feet of Lot 32, BUCKS RUN RESERVE, according to the Plat as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 34 through 37 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any Person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Final Judgment, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
