UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASIGNEES, AND ALL OTHERS THAT MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROCCO DENISCO, deceased, and MARTA SOTNICOVA-DENISCO

TO: MARTA SOTNICOVA- DENISCO, if alive, or if dead, any unknown spouses, heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, assignees, and all others that may claim an interest against the Defendant in regards to the below described property located in Sarasota County, FL.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for PARTITION OF REAL PROPERTY has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TONI DEFELLIPIS by and through the attorney of record Peter Pike, Esq, The Pike Law Firm, P.A., 5635 Country Lakes Drive, Sarasota, FL 34243 on or before 4-22-2019, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 2000 Main St., Sarasota, FL 34237 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: 2311 Tanglewood Dr., Sarasota, FL 34239. More specifically, Lot 1, Unit 39, South Gate, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 44, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, FL.
