NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 15, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 000097 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005--WL2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WL2 is Plaintiff and PENA, ANA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at , at 09:00 AM on April 23, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
