FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE N 00°10'01.28” E FOR 276.006 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE LIES 25.00 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 24; THENCE RUN N 89°52'42.12” W, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE FOR 158.00 FEET; THENCE RUN S 00°10'01.28” W FOR 275.90 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT ON SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HOWARD BOULEVARD; THENCE RUN S 89°50'23.89” E ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 158.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
