NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002802 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan Trust A, is the Plaintiff and Bella Terra of Southwest Florida, Inc.; Condominium VI at Barletta Association, Inc.; National City Bank; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Alex Hayes; Unknown Tenant #2; Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan Trust A, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1724 IN BUILDING NO. 17 OF CONDOMINIUM VI AT BARLETTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000369514, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
