NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered March 15, 2019 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-4871 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MICHELINA F. CANDELOA, DECEASED and THE HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF MICHELINA F. CANDELORA are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 49 and 50, GIBSONTON ON THE BAY SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 3, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
