Final Judgment was awarded on January 18, 2019 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-000534, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is the Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY BRUBAKER; JOYELLEN BRUBAKER; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; SUNTRUST BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
