NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2019, and entered in 17-002802-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK TRUST N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VIRGINIA GLINDEMANN, DECEASED; JAMES A. SAVARESE; BARBARA ANN MARTIN A/K/A BARBARA ANN SAVARESE; CHRISTINE MARIE SAVARESE A/K/A CHRISTINE M. SAVARESE A/K/A CHRISTINE MARIE MOORE A/K/A CHRISTINE M. MOORE; JOAN ANN SAVARESE A/K/A JOAN A. SAVARESE A/K/A JOAN A. NIELSEN; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC. are the Defendant(s). BOOK 3605, PAGE 749 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
