NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 7, 2019, entered in case No. 18-003448-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL TRUST 3-2 is the Plaintiff and LUIS ANTONIO CHAVEZ AKA LUIS A. CHAVEZ, TANIA CHAVEZ and VENETIAN ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on April 11, 2019, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
