NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-006779-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES BRUCE BORING, JR. and JANET MAE SUTTON, are the Plaintiffs, CHARLOTTE REED, is the Defendant, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on April 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 153 of SEA HORSE MOBILE HOME PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6391, Page 168, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 94, Pages 5 and 6, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 98, Pages 49 and 50, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements thereto, together with 1964 VAND mobile home, vehicle identification number G4G5010FD1N5746, title number 1723934,
commonly known as 8842 44th Avenue North, Unit 153, St. Petersburg, FL 33709 and a security interest in Stock Certificate #432 of Sea Horse Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida corporation.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
