NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 19th of February 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-005270-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPHINE RENGEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPHINE RENGEL; JACQUELINE MENDEZ; JOSEPH D. MENDEZ; ANTHONY MENDEZ; SUNTRUST BANK; PARKSIDE VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of April 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
