NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 26th day of February 2019, and entered in Case No. 14-005497-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AMC1 is the Plaintiff and NOVA MONTGOMERY AKA NOVA A. MONTGOMERY; B QUADRANT INC.; 3037 ARBOR LLC; FREE LIFE ENERGY INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NOVA MONTGOMERY AKA NOVA A. MONTGOMERY; HUNTER'S WOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. OF PALM HARBOR FL; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of April 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
