Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 20, Block 9, HILLTOP GROVE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Pages 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5499 44th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33709
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on April 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
